Payment failed but money debited

This is common on the last date. Follow this fix:

1. Re login with registration number and password and check e receipt and print view.
2. If no e receipt, pay again before 21 September 2026. Do not wait for auto refund to apply again.
3. If account shows debit and portal shows failed, banks auto reverse failed UPI, card and net banking payments in due course as per bank rules.
4. Keep both transaction IDs, screenshots and bank statement. Raise a query on cgrs.ibps.in if money is not reversed after a few working days.
5. Never fill a fresh registration with a different email to fix payment. Multiple applications can lead to rejection. Edit only the latest valid application.

Eligibility and State Choice

Form fill up is not only about upload. Wrong state or post choice cannot be changed later.

• Office Assistant: age 18 to 28 years as on 01 September 2026, graduation in any discipline.
• Officer Scale 1: age 18 to 30 years, graduation in any discipline, preference for agriculture, IT, law and similar streams for specialist needs.
• Officer Scale 2: age 21 to 32 years, graduation with minimum 50 percent marks in relevant field plus 1 or 2 years experience.
• Officer Scale 3: age 21 to 40 years, graduation with minimum 50 percent marks plus minimum 5 years experience as officer in bank or financial institution.

• You can apply for only one state and one RRB. Local language of that state is compulsory. You must be able to read, write and speak it. Proof is checked at joining.
