Gramin Bank Salary Structure After 12th Bipartite Settlement

The 12th Bipartite Settlement is the wage agreement that decides how much every bank employee in India earns. It was signed on 08 March 2024 and brought a wage revision of about 17%, plus a load factor of roughly 3%, for all bank staff, including Regional Rural Bank employees.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1 Salary (Gramin Bank PO Salary)
