Reservation for persons with benchmark disabilities is horizontal. For Wealth Executive, 40 posts are earmarked. For Credit Analyst, 4 posts are earmarked. Candidates must apply under the correct category. No change of category is allowed after registration.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility is frozen as on 01 September 2026. Degree, certification, age and experience must stand complete on or before this date. Result awaited candidates cannot apply unless their final certificate is already dated on or before the cut off date.
Wealth Executive eligibility
This post suits candidates with sales experience in wealth products. Freshers without experience cannot apply.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Mandatory certification: Any one valid certificate as on cut off date:
- IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India, or
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), or
- NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Management Services Distributors), or
- NISM Series V-D (Specialised Investment Fund Distributors)
- Preferred qualification: Full time 2 year post graduate degree or diploma in Management, or MBA in Finance, Marketing or Banking.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in sales of wealth products. Work must be with leading public sector banks, private sector banks, foreign banks, broking or securities firms, asset management companies, or wealth management companies in India.
- What is not counted: Experience only in clerical cadre will not be counted. Very short stints of less than six months in an organisation will also not be counted, unless it is your current job.
- Nationality: Citizen of India, or eligible categories as defined in the notification.
NISM means National Institute of Securities Markets certification. These certificates prove you are qualified to sell mutual funds, insurance linked products and portfolio services. IC 38 is the basic insurance agent exam for life and general insurance sales.
Credit Analyst eligibility
This post is for qualified Chartered Accountants with banking experience.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline plus Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. A Scheduled Commercial Bank means a bank listed in the RBI schedule, which includes most public and private sector banks in India.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate credit appraisal, analysis or processing will be given preference.
- Same nationality and cut off date rules apply as above.
If you are a fresher with only graduation and no CA or NISM certificate, you are not eligible for this drive. You can plan for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk or SBI Clerk instead, which allow fresh graduates.

Non creamy layer means your family income and status are within the central government limit for OBC reservation benefit. Creamy layer OBC candidates must apply as General. Your caste must be in the Central List of OBCs, and your certificate must be in central format and valid on the cut off date.
How to Apply Online
Applications are accepted only online through bankofbaroda.in. No other mode will be accepted.
- Go to the Bank of Baroda website and open Careers, then Current Opportunities.
- Find Advertisement No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17 for Wealth Executive and Credit Analyst.
- Click the Apply Online link and complete registration with a valid email ID and mobile number. Keep them active till the process ends.
- Fill personal details, education, certification and experience very carefully. No edit is allowed after final submit.
- Upload your resume, photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration and eligibility documents in the prescribed size and format.
- Upload experience letters on company letterhead with dates and role, graduation degree, CA proof (for Credit Analyst) or NISM or IC 38 proof (for Wealth Executive), caste or EWS or disability certificate if applicable, and salary slips if asked.
- Pay the fee online through debit card, credit card, internet banking or UPI.
- Submit before 24 September 2026. Save the e receipt and system generated form. Note the acknowledgement number for future use.
Pro Tip: Apply well before the last date. Do not wait till 24 September evening. Heavy traffic can cause payment failure. If payment fails, register again and pay fresh. Your form is valid only after successful fee payment.
If you submit more than one valid application, only the latest one will be kept.

Selection process
Bank of Baroda will select candidates through:
- Shortlisting or scrutiny of applications
- Online test, if the Bank decides to hold it
- Psychometric test or other suitable assessment
- Group discussion and personal interview
The Bank can change the order or number of stages based on response. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call. Merit and experience quality will decide shortlisting.
Minimum qualifying marks in interview are 60 percent for General and EWS and 55 percent for reserved categories. Final selection will be based on combined performance in online test (if held) and interview.
Probation is 12 months of active service. There is a service bond of minimum 3 years. If you leave early, you must pay 3 months gross salary, capped at ₹2 lakh for Wealth Executive and ₹3 lakh for Credit Analyst.
